Ads, website and store.
One dashboard.
Connect each client once. MetricsGo brings Meta ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics, Search Console and Shopify into one dashboard — with numbers that match each platform and reports that clients can actually understand.

MetricsGo never edits a campaign, a page or an order

- 1
Connect
Sign in with Facebook for Meta and Instagram, with Google for Analytics and Search Console, and paste app credentials for Shopify. No passwords shared, revocable any time.
- 2
Assign
Put the account under a client. Invite the client as a viewer so they see only their own numbers.
- 3
Read and report
Ads, social, website and store in one place. Low-balance alerts by account name. Weekly PDF reports.
Every platform a client asks about, in one place
Connect what each client actually uses. MetricsGo reads all of it on the same schedule, in the same date range, and lines the numbers up side by side.

What your team does with it every week
This week against last week, in one glance
Pick a client and a range; MetricsGo lines up the same period before it. Every KPI shows the change, so the Monday call starts with answers.
- Week, month or any custom range
- Spend, results, cost per result, CTR, reach
- Per client or across the agency
- Spend▼ 27.5%
- Results▲ 79.5%
- Cost / result▼ 59.6%
Go from campaign to ad set to ad without leaving the page
Click a campaign and its ad sets open beneath it; click again for the ads. Age, gender, platform, placement and region breakdowns load on demand.
- Every level carries results and cost per result
- Breakdowns cached, refreshed when you ask
- Creative thumbnails right in the list
A client-ready PDF every week, with your logo on it
Choose the client and the period. The report lays out spend, results, trends, top campaigns and social in plain language, dated in IST.
- Branded with your agency logo
- Numbers identical to the dashboard
- Ready to forward, nothing to edit
See the search that became the session
Search Console says what was typed and where the page ranked; GA4 says which channel brought the visit, which page it landed on and what it did next. Both for the same client, the same days, side by side.
- Queries seen thousands of times and never clicked
- Landing pages by channel, with key events
- Every number labelled with the platform it came from
Gross to net, the way Shopify counts it
Gross sales, minus discounts, minus returns, equals net — in the shop’s own currency, with each refund dated on the day it happened. The ladder on the report is the ladder in the merchant’s admin.
- Products with their photos, ranked by net sales
- Discount codes and what each one cost
- Where the buyers came from, down to the UTM
- Net sales
- ₹43,200

When a client asks how we count, we can tell them
Ask us how we count anything.
- 01
Results mean what Ads Manager means
A result is the conversion the ad set actually optimises for — its promoted object first, then the optimisation goal, then the objective.
- 02
Missing is never zero
When Meta does not report a metric, we show it as missing. A zero in MetricsGo is a real zero.
- 03
A day is the platform’s own day
Meta in IST, GA4 in the property’s timezone, Search Console in Pacific time, Shopify in the shop’s. We convert for comparison and never quietly re-bucket, so each figure still matches its own source.
- 04
Restated numbers get restated
Meta, GA4 and Search Console all revise recent days. We re-pull the last few nightly and a wider window weekly, so the report keeps matching the platform.
- 05
Store money is the store’s currency
Shopify sales are read in the shop’s currency, never the buyer’s, so a multi-currency store cannot end up adding euros to rupees.
- 06
A donut only shows what adds up
Rates, averages and search positions never become slices of a pie — their parts do not make a whole. Sessions, clicks and sales do.
One set of numbers, two ways to read it.
Your dashboards, spreadsheets and agents read MetricsGo instead of each needing its own Meta app, Google project and Shopify credentials. Organisation-scoped keys, read-only, and never a call to the platform on your behalf — so it never spends your quota.

Every client, every platform, side by side. Compare periods, drill from campaign to ad, and send the report your client can actually read.

The API and MCP server
The same numbers, read by your own tools and by Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. Organisation-scoped keys, read-only, and never a call to a platform on your behalf.

Add MetricsGo as a connector and sign in once. The assistant reads the same ads, social, website and store data as your dashboard — so the answer it gives a client is the answer on your screen.
Ads, social, website and store for every client — already synced, already reconciled.
- “Which channel drove this client’s sales last month?”
- “Compare Meta spend to Shopify revenue this week.”
- “Which search queries get impressions but no clicks?”

- Ten read-only tools, one per thing an agency asks about
- Sign-in decides what a connector may read — ads, social, website, store

Questions agencies ask before they connect
Is it free?+
Yes, while MetricsGo is in early access. No card, no trial clock. We will announce pricing well before anything changes, and early accounts keep what they have.
Do you need my Facebook password?+
No. You sign in with Facebook (Login for Business) and choose which ad accounts and Pages to share. You can revoke access from Facebook or disconnect inside MetricsGo at any time.
Which permissions do you ask for, and why?+
From Meta: read access to ads, Pages and Instagram, to sync performance, insights and posts. From Google: read-only Analytics and Search Console. From Shopify: read scopes on orders, products and customers. Nothing anywhere that can edit, publish, spend or fulfil.
How do Google Analytics and Search Console connect?+
Sign in with Google and pick the GA4 properties and Search Console sites you want. Access is read-only, granted by you, and revocable from your Google account or from MetricsGo. A property and a site can belong to different clients.
How does Shopify connect — do I install an app?+
No public app to install. In the client’s Shopify Dev Dashboard you create an app, choose its read scopes, and give MetricsGo its client ID and secret. The secret is encrypted and never shown again; access tokens are minted for 24 hours at a time and never stored.
Why does Shopify need read_all_orders?+
Without it Shopify silently returns only the last 60 days of orders — a quarterly report would be quietly wrong. MetricsGo checks for the scope on connect and tells you on the store’s card if it is missing.
Can I disconnect a client?+
Yes. Settings → Clients lets you disconnect the ad account, the Facebook Page, the Instagram account, a GA4 property, a Search Console site or the Shopify store separately — or delete the client and everything synced for it.
Where is my data stored, and for how long?+
On servers we control, in a database only your organisation's members can read. Synced data is kept while the connection exists and removed when you disconnect or ask us to delete it.
Do you sell or share the data?+
No. We process platform data only on behalf of the business that connected the account, for that business. We never combine data across businesses, sell it, or use it to train models.
Can Claude or ChatGPT read my clients’ data?+
Only if you add MetricsGo as a connector and sign in. You choose what that connector may read — ads, social, website, store — and you can revoke it at any time without touching the platform connections themselves.
Which timezone are the numbers in?+
Reports are dated in Asia/Kolkata. Underneath, each platform keeps its own day — GA4 the property’s timezone, Search Console Pacific time, Shopify the shop’s — so every figure still reconciles to its source.
